WHAT WE ARE DOING

Changes in 2024

-We have brought on a full time Safety Director to ensure our field has the necessary safety equipment, PPE, and to make sure our employees prioritize safety.

-We upgraded our safety manual, to be better organized, easier to read, and more comprehensive with the addition of new content and procedures.

-We revised our safety inspections by implementing a new JHA, safety audit, hazard report, and fall protection inspection forms for our team to use.

-By increasing site visits, training, safety meetings, and expectations we can continue to be pro-active and make safety our number one priority.

Safety Training

At Parsons Concrete, safety is our top priority. We ensure that all new employees undergo thorough safety training, and we provide annual refresher training for employees. To prepare for any situation on the jobsite, all foreman and key personnel are required to maintain current First Aid & CPR certifications, renewed every two years. Additionally, we offer specialized training as needed to address specific job requirements or emerging safety concerns.
