INFOCISION STADIUM

The new football stadium for the University of Akron is much more than your typical stadium. While it holds over 30,000 fans, it also offers 45,000/SF of academic space in the seven story attached building.

SUMMIT RACING

This one man startup has transformed into the go to parts source for thousands of car enthusiasts around the globe for over 50 years. Summit Racing operates a 25,000/SF retail super store and a 262,000/SF distribution facility in Tallmadge, Ohio.

GOODYEAR WORLD HQ

This 639,000/SF ultra-modern office building serves as the global headquarters for the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. This project will bring over 2,000 jobs to Akron, Ohio.

CLEVELAND FOODBANK

Completed in 2022, this facility spans 200,000/SF and serves as a pivotal resource for the Cleveland community. Designed to streamline operations, this location will provide essential services and support the distribution of food to over 350,000 residents. This project was recognized as the 2022 Project of the Year by Ohio Concrete.

AKRON ART MUSEUM

Adding a modern feel to a 100 year old building, this 63,000/SF addition was completed in 2007 and has become a staple landmark in Akron, Ohio.

LG CHEM

Completed in 2023, this facility includes a 98,000/SF Customer Solutions Center and a 155,000/SF ABS pellet manufacturing facility in Ravenna, Ohio. This plant will produce plastic pellets to be used in various LG products and in the automotive industry.

ARHAUS FURNITURE

Arhaus Furniture has strategically consolidated its corporate offices, distribution center, and warehouses into a single 775,000/SF facility. This new location in Boston Heights, Ohio meets all the company's operational needs, offering ample space for current and future growth.

SUMMA HEALTH

Located in the center of one of the country's top health care regions, NEOMED in Rootstown, Ohio is among nationally ranked hospitals exceling in health sciences. This four story, 177,000/SF building will serve as its health, wellness, and medical education center with various multi-use areas.

FLEET RESPONSE

This two story, 43,000/SF facility in Hudson, Ohio was specifically designed to meet the growing needs of Fleet Response's organization. This project showcases an open office floor plan that encourages collaboration among employees. Additionally, several other unique qualities include a workout facility, fresh food market, and an outside walking path.

MEIJER CANTON

After celebrating their 90th anniversary, Meijer opened its 55th grocery store in Ohio. This Meijer superstore located in Canton, Ohio, is just under 160,000/SF.

THE CAVE AT GERVASI VINYARD

The Cave is Gervasi's latest addition to their ever growing property in Canton, Ohio. Consisting of an intimate tasting room and adjoining barrel cave used for aging and storing the wine they make.

CCL LABEL HQ

This modern, 112,000/SF facility will become the new North American headquarters for CCL Label in Strongsville, Ohio. The expansion will create 150 new jobs in manufacturing, research, and development. CCL Label employs more than 20,000 people worldwide in more than 165 locations.

CUYAHOGA FALLS ELECTRIC

The new 50,000/SF facility will serve as the future home of the city of Cuyahoga Falls Electric Department. Designed to support the department's operational and administrative needs, the facility will include both office space and garage storage areas,providing a centralized and effecient hub for electric services in the city.

NIDEC

This new facility in Brooklyn Heights, Ohio, is designed with dedicated spaces for the assembly and testing of large industrial controls/automation systems, battery energy storage systems, and medium voltage drives. It also boasts a cutting edge production area for Nidec's Avtron Encoders, ensuring top tier manufacturing capabilities.

PROJECT JKR

This 300,000/SF spec building located in Middleburg Heights, Ohio was built by Geis Companies and is now home to Amazon, Executive Class, and Sherwin Williams.

FEDEX CUSTOM CRITICAL HQ

This four story office building, originally built to house FedEx Corporate, is located in Green, Ohio. The massive 260,000/SF office building sits on nineteen acres of land, making it one of the largest office buildings in Summit County.
