PORTAGE LAKES VISITOR CENTER

This new facility in Akron, Ohio will enhance the visitor experience at this popular boating, birding, and fishing destination. It will serve as a welcoming gateway for the thousands of visitors that come to Portage Lakes State Park each year.

LINCOLN HEIGHTS APARTMENTS

This new one hundred and seven unit apartment building is being built by Geis Companies in the heart of Cleveland's Tremont neighborhood. While being shielded from view, this apartment building will have an unobstructed view of downtown Cleveland.

STREETSBORO CITY CENTER

This new building is part of Streetsboro's City Center project, located on State Route 43 just north of Route 14. In addition to this building, the project will also include a field house, playground, and splash pad for the community to use.

MEIJER RICHMOND HEIGHTS

This is one of three new Ohio grocery stores that Meijer is opening in 2025. In addition to providing goods and groceries to the local community, this Richmond Heights location will create approximately one hundred and ten employment opportunities.

ACME MEDINA

This is the first new location for the Akron based Acme grocery store in 10 years. Parsons Concrete was entrusted with the construction of this grocery store in Medina, Ohio, ensuring its timely completion and opening in the spring of 2025.

PATTERSON PARK COMMUNITY CENTER

This new 12,400/SF community center, located in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, will feature new meeting rooms, a multi-purpose room, game room, an art/gardening room, a new outdoor playground, and more.

BRUNSWICK FIRESTATION

The Brunswick Division of Fire now serves more than 35,000 residents and responded to more than 4,000 calls last year. This facility will enable the department to respond to three calls simultaneously, improving response times and overall efficiency.

SUNBELT RENTALS BRUNSWICK

As the second largest equipment rental company in the United States, Sunbelt has over 1,220 stores across the country. Parsons Concrete was trusted with keeping their Brunswick, Ohio store on schedule.

LAKESHORE ELECTRIC

Lake Shore Electric Corporation, is one of the oldest and most widely recognized manufacturers of generator control switchgear and transfer switches. Established in 1922, the company is located in Bedford, Ohio.

COPLEY TOWNSHIP SAFETY CENTER

This project involves constructing a new 40,000/SF police, fire, and EMS Safety Facility for Copley Township. The building features a two sided apparatus bay with twelve overhead doors and a police vehicle carport. This project will significantly enhance the township's public safety infrastructure.

VA CANCER CENTER

This facility in Brimfield, Ohio, is designed to bridge the healthcare access gap for veterans residing more than 60 minutes away from the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center. By providing essential services such as imaging and infusion therapies, the facility will support approximately 50,000 patients who would otherwise face significant challenges in accessing the care they need.
